An initial free discovery call will help us to discuss your goals and priorities so you can decide if coaching is right for you and whether I am the right coach for you.
Coaching gives you an ally trained to facilitate important conversations and ask questions that foster progress. Each client is unique and the coaching relationship we have with each client takes on a life of its own.
We all have stories, habits, and preconceptions that make up who we are and how we behave, for better or worse. The key here is identifying them, understanding them, and being able to change them…a daunting task when most of us don’t even know how to recognize them, and a hugely rewarding process once we do.
Change does not come easy; it requires hard and intense work. But when we take ourselves out of our comfort zone and don’t fear the threats that change can bring, then we can start exploring what kinds of leaders and individuals we might become.

Three to Six Month Journey

- A journey that's ideal for someone ready to revitalize their life. You are ready to commit to showing up, working the action plan, and working on what is holding you back in your journey. You are ready to take your life from 'fine' to ‘awesome'
- Three 1-1 coaching sessions a month (45 min. each)
- Accountability texts/emails between sessions
New Manager Program
$1395/mo
- Have you been recently promoted and have no idea what you’re doing? First, congrats! Second, you aren’t alone. Did you know many managers never receive sufficient training in their entire career? Are you the kind of manager that people want to work with? Then you are exactly who I designed this program for. I will partner with you for three months with unlimited sessions and access. This program will be customized to meet you exactly where you are at. I’ll be there for every bump in the road you encounter from tricky feedback, letting someone go, and feeling like a fraud. I’ll also be there to celebrate the wins, challenge you to push for more, and cherish the journey.
- Group and Team Coaching available upon request
- 3% of generated revenue will go to Animal rescue groups.
